Only NY accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and tag-attached merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that all sale items and limited edition collaborations are considered final sale.

Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal; a $7 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

Deliver your package to any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
